Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use yk33, you must: (a) be at least 21 years of age; (b) be a resident of or physically located in Bangladesh at the time of registration and each login; (c) provide accurate, truthful, and current personal information during registration, including your valid Bangladesh mobile number; (d) not be an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of yk33 or any of its affiliated game providers. You are permitted to hold only one account. Operating multiple accounts — including accounts under different names, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any pending balances.

Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your yk33 login credentials, including your mobile number, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered number. You must never share these credentials with any third party, including individuals claiming to represent yk33 customer support. yk33 will never ask for your password via any channel. Any activity conducted under your account credentials — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission, you must contact yk33 support immediately via live chat inside your account and change your password without delay.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the yk33 Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities: (a) providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information; (b) using software bots, automated scripts, or any artificial means to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market; (c) exploiting software bugs, glitches, or system errors for financial gain — any winnings generated through a technical error are void and will be reversed; (d) engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions, or any activity that disguises the origin of funds; (e) participating in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes; (f) using a VPN, proxy, or other anonymising service to circumvent geographic or platform restrictions; (g) abusing any bonus or promotional offer through multi-accounting, systematic bonus hunting, or wagering patterns designed solely to satisfy bonus turnover requirements with minimal risk.

Know Your Customer (KYC) and Verification

yk33 reserves the right to request identity and address verification documents from any account holder at any time. KYC verification may be required before the processing of withdrawals, upon reaching certain transaction thresholds, or when yk33 reasonably suspects fraudulent activity. Acceptable KYC documents include a valid National ID card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the requested timeframe may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure. All KYC data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection principles.

Game Rules and Betting Integrity

All games available on yk33 are subject to their individual game rules as determined by the respective game provider (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Spribe, and Netent among others). In the event of a discrepancy between displayed game results and server-side records, the server-side record shall be treated as authoritative. yk33 reserves the right to void any bet or game round that has been affected by a technical error, network disruption, or human error. Any winnings generated as a result of a manifest error will not be paid and will be removed from the affected account. Sports betting results are determined by official sporting body outcomes; yk33 follows standard industry settlement rules for each market type.

Account Closure and Termination

You may request closure of your yk33 account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Upon voluntary account closure, any available balance in your BDT wallet will be returned to your registered bKash or Nagad number, subject to satisfactory completion of any pending KYC requirements. yk33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice where there is reasonable evidence of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or activity that poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform. In cases of mandatory closure due to confirmed fraud or money laundering, balances may be withheld pending investigation.

Self-Exclusion and Responsible Gaming Tools

yk33 provides all account holders with access to responsible gaming tools including personal deposit limits, session time-out reminders, and self-exclusion options. You may activate a cooling-off period (minimum 24 hours) or a permanent self-exclusion at any time by contacting yk33 support. Once a permanent self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six months. yk33 will take all reasonable steps to enforce self-exclusion and will not send promotional communications to self-excluded accounts. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any disputes arising from your use of the yk33 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, transaction, or account matter, you should contact yk33 support in the first instance. yk33 will investigate all complaints in good faith and aims to resolve disputes within 10 business days of receipt.
